Cookbook and menu

 

The Outfit is an Italian restorante, owned and operated Giovanni ‘Big G’ Capone the grandson of notorious mob boss Al Capone. Being a great chef and wanted by every major restaurant in the city was not what made Big G happy, he needed something else, something more. In 1980, at the age of 25 Big G took his families recipes from the old country, and the old restorante, and opened his own restaurant. 39 years later The Outfit is a 4 star restaurant yet still gives the old family restorante feel to all that visit.

The concept of this project was based off the prohibition and the mobs that prospered during said prohibition. Below you will find the digital layout of a cookbook that would be for customer purchase at the restorante. There is also the menu that is used, it only has 5 sections but there is plenty to choose from.
