The Art of Stealing, identity theft at it’s finest, is a multi part project covering one simple concept...DC and Marvel stealing from each other. Since the birth of both companies there has been stealing ideas and characters. This happened because in the early years employees would go from one company to the other. 

 

This project focuses on just a few of the characters that are just a little more than just similar between the two companies. The first product is an advertising poster for the exhibit, which is the second product. Below you will see two different the exhibit could look. The third product is a brochure that would be available at the exhibit. The pages were created so that you could peal back one part of the first character to see it’s counter part underneath. The final part of the project is a packaging product that would be for the customers of the exhibit to take with them after they come to the end. This “give away” product is a deck of cards where all Marvel characters are the two red suits and DC the two black.
